During the month of May, Branford Academy proudly welcomed fourteen new students into their program! Because classes begin every other month, it makes it very easy for new students to jump right in and get started, which is exactly what these students have done.

Branford Academy makes it possible for students to go through the program either full time, or part time. If students opt to attend classes full time, the program takes a total of ten months to complete. On the other hand, if students choose to complete the program part time, it can be completed in sixteen months.

No matter what the pace is that the classes are completed, all students are required to complete 1500 hours, in order to qualify to take the state board exam. The exam is 100 – 110 multiple choice questions, and test-takers must receive a 70% or above in order to pass. Bachelor of Arts students who take the state board exam have a 97% passing rate, so there is nothing to worry about!
